What teachings of Islam would inspire CAIR to tear down statues or memorials? How does it relate to the destruction of holy sites and historical memorabilia by ISIS in Syria and Iraq? CAIR’s support for memorial destruction was really driven by their desire to link slavery to Christianity and run any from any connection to slavery. Even though the religion of Islam is the world’s greatest supporters of slavery. Isn’t this considered hypocrisy? There is something very strange happening now with the increasing hostility toward our flag, our veterans, and America as we know it. Is there any connection at all in what we’re seeing unfold that is connected to Islamic thought and the call for the destruction of memorials?
