Recently in response to a statement by North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un that a ‘Nuclear Button is on his desk at all times”. Trump tweeted, “Will someone from – ‘rocket man’s’ depleted and food starved regime please inform him that I too have a Nuclear Button, but it is a much bigger & more powerful one than his, and my Button works!” How does IQ al Rassooli (Iraqi now living in exile; author) respond to such a tweet by Pres. Trump? Is it an embarrassment or are such statements viewed as significant and effective? Are the tweets a high level of communication?
