American Pastors Network President: Anarchy, Toppling of Monuments Supports Growing Fear of Next Civil War

With the Capitol Hill Autonomous Zone (CHAZ) occupation in Seattle dissolving after gunshots left one dead, protestors in many U.S. cities are emboldened to knock down or deface monuments of national founders or heroes such as Teddy Roosevelt, Christopher Columbus, George Washington, Francis Scott Key, and others. Authorities seem paralyzed to protect and preserve public property.

The demonstrations that have led to the militant takeover of blocks of Seattle and the toppling of statues from east to west support the growing suspicion that civil war is imminent, according to American Pastors Network President Sam Rohrer.

“It is important to confront what is happening in America’s streets,” Rohrer said. “This is particularly important in light of this month’s Rasmussen poll findings that over 34% of all Americans and 40% of registered Republican voters believe the U.S. will experience a second civil war within the next five years.

“The open anarchy in the streets is one problem,” Rohrer continued. “But the toppling of monuments across the country is another troubling action. With the toppling of monuments of people who fought to end slavery in America, and then the toppling of the statue of Francis Scott Key the writer of the national anthem of the United States—“The Star Spangled Banner”—there is more happening than meets the eye.

“Instead of destroying monuments, Americans and especially Christians should leverage God’s purposes for monuments by reflecting on God’s provision and blessings in this nation and thank Him for how He blesses this nation with greater justice and more freedom when we follow God’s moral law, and how He judges this nation with a great evidence of injustice and less freedom whenever we reject God’s moral law—just as God instructed Joshua and His people after He freed them from 400 years of Egyptian slavery,” Rohrer concluded.

    Greetings Sam,
The principle “Men who do not learn from history are bound to repeat it”. I do not know who originally said it. But, it will always circle around to obedience to the Lord. And it will always be to those who have ears to hear. There must be a change of our country’s heart, until then we are on a national path of destruction. We begin by understanding that the real enemy is Satan and our own sinful nature. Men are too concerned with the minds of men rather than the mind of God.

To comment on the destruction of the monuments when it comes to the likes of BLM and Antifa it is to understand what they really are protesting because they are not all wrong. However, they are being steered in a destructive direction by what I call The Agenda whose goal is to destroy America’s rule of Law and replace it with the rule of men. You know the difference, republic vs. democracy. Such a desire denies a sovereign living God and replaces Him with a demagogue system that eventually is nothing more that communism. As Mao Zedong did say, “Peace comes from the point of a gun”. A major problem is that if you talk to the people mentioned above they both are protesting a police state of which we know already runs rampant in our country. And you also know that one of the Agenda’s goals is be erase history. When history is erase how does man learn from it. All history needs to be preserved so that men might learn from it. So that those that do have ears may discover the crooked path that we are going and help to straighten it out.
God bless you and thank you for all you do.
    In Christ,

I am very sadden by what’s going in our country! I am sad about racism, but being 71 years old , I can see it and I can see the problems, got is not asleep as many think every time he fixes something for us, all his children after we have been punished , we remember to a space of time then we forget what we learned and here we are again! It’s really amazements how we small men in stature and not enough intelligence , forget ! This is what the evil one wants! It’s alway been about money, nice clothing , bigger houses etc I am afraid it’s going to get worse before it gets better , we need to become a God fearing nation no matter your religion , your skin coloring! We need to pray daily for our families and this Country and be happy and work hard for what we want! And remember “ Faith ! Hope ! Charity! For all people!

Prayer and fasting and Petitioning God to prick our National/Individual consciences to Repent. That God would open our spiritual eyes to see the unseen war and ‘Connect the Dots’ between our sins: idolatry: pride/aborting of babies/porn & trafficking/LGBTQ /rebellion/adultery/addictions etc. and all the manifestations of evil. If we refuse to take ownership and turn from it and to God. There is little to hope for. God is just and that means taking action on injustice.
    Keep up the good work.
