A) 84% say they are on call 24 hours a day.
B) 80% expect conflict in their church.
C) 54% find pastoring overwhelming.
D) 53% are concerned about financial security.
E) 48 % feel the demands of the ministry are more then they can handle.
F) 21% say their church has unrealistic expectations of them.
