Liberty Institute filed a complaint with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) on Tuesday, Dec. 15th, on behalf of Coach Joe Kennedy, a high school football coach from Bremerton, Washington who was suspended in October for saying personal prayers after games.
