Press Conference – Pastors Defending the NC Marriage Amendment

The reason – 4th District Court will rule on VA marriage amendment, probably by the end of the month.  They will almost certainly uphold the lower court’s ruling which found it unconstitutional.  NC is under the 4th District Court’s jurisdiction and we have a state AG who is pro gay marriage and has indicated he will not uphold the state law.  We are calling on Gov. McCrory to defend our state law.

The voter’s will doesn’t matter anymore – judges now rule.
